Which princesses can I book for the party?
At the moment, we are taking bookings for the characters listed on our ‘Princesses’ page. If your little one’s favourite character is not listed, do not panic! Contact us and we will see what we can do – a lot of the time we are able to meet your needs even when they’re not listed on our website.
How much does it cost?
Our packages are all priced differently. To provide your little one with the very best princess experience, we highly recommend our 120 minutes party – please refer to our Princess Packages page to view all of our packages.
Can boys come to the party?
Yes, of course they can! We often have boys attend our parties. If this is the case, we kindly ask if you could let us know, so we are able to plan party prizes around boys as well (we’d hate for them to miss out!)
What do your parties and visits involve?
All of this information can be found on our ‘Party Packages’ page. There are plenty of party options available to suit all. Please be aware that these options are our standard options, there are plenty of ways we can make your party personal to you. If there is nothing on this page that suits your needs or requirements, please send us a quick message and we will do everything possible to create the perfect package.
What locations do you cover?
All of our princesses are happy travel everywhere. Our company have bases in the East Midlands and Kettering, but we have performed and travelled all over the U.K. Our package prices cater for a 25 mile round trip, if your location exceeds this, there is a small charge of 0.35 pence per mile.
Are there any extras we can add to our package and do you supply them?
Please refer to our ‘Party Add-Ons’ page, where you will see all of the extras we offer to make your party as magical as possible. Just a few of the extras we can offer are cakes, goody bags, balloons, candy buffets etc. All of these items are an additional cost. If you require any extras, please let us know on you party requirements form or when discussing your booking.
Which party is best for me to book?
If you have read through all of our packages on our ‘Party Packages’ page and you’re still unsure as to which one will suit you best, please do not hesitate to ask and we will point you in the right direction.
How far in advance should I book my party?
It is never too early to make a booking! Weekends tend to get booked up very quickly, along with certain weekdays. A recommended booking time would be 6-8 weeks in advance, to ensure you can get the best possible package available, and also secure your desired princess.
What is the maximum number of children?
Different party packages have different maximum numbers. Take a look at our ‘Princess Packages’ page, where numbers are listed under each package. If you require more children, please contact us.
What ages do you cater for?
We’re able to cater for any age for most parties. Different parties work differently for certain ages, for example, we find that our princess parties work better for children aged 3-7 years. Our pamper package works perfectly for those children that are all grown out of fairy-tales.
How do I make a booking?
To book a party, you can contact Princess Promotions by phone, email, facebook or via our enquiry form on this website. Once your needs and requirements have been discussed and a party has been confirmed, we will ask you for a non-refundable (see terms & conditions) of £50. A final payment is due no later than 1 week prior to your party booking. Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque or paypal.
Does an adult need to be present during the party?
This is not compulsory, as all of our characters are DBS/CRB checked, however sometimes parental mediation may be required if one of the children needs assistance. Having an adult usually allows us to run parties smoothly with no interruptions.
Can parties be held at home?
Yes, of course! All we ask is that there is a large enough floor space in order for us to play all of our party games without health & safety restrictions. Also, if you did need assistance to find a suitable venue, please don’t hesitate to ask, and we will try our best to help! Parties can also be held outdoors, depending on weather conditions.
Can you cater for any event, or are your princesses just for birthday parties?
Yes, we can cover any event. A princess visit is perfect for most, if not, any occasion! Although we take most booking for birthday parties, we do supply princesses to events like christenings, charity events and sometimes even weddings! Please contact us and we can make arrangements for appearances anywhere!
What is the best way to prepare for my booking?
Our princesses will always arrive 30minutes before the start of the party, this is in order to set up her music and prizes. We recommend that your party guests start to arrive 15minutes prior to the party start time. During the party, all our princess needs is an open floor space, which is big enough to cater for the number of little ones expected. We do ask that you prepare a small table for our music system along with a plug socket. Depending on what package you have booked, we may require more tables or a seat, but don’t panic, we will make you aware in your booking package, if this is the case!
