Conformation of Booking
Your booking with Princess Promotions is only confirmed when you have paid a £50 deposit and you have received a confirmation email.
Final payments must be paid 4 weeks before the date of your party.
We understand that things change, and occasionally parties need to be rescheduled or cancelled. If a cancellation is made 2 weeks or more in advance a full refund of the £50 deposit will be applied. If the cancellation is made less than 1 week in advance, the payment will not be refunded. If possible, we will try to reschedule the date and work around your commitments.
If the number of children exceeds 25 attending on the day of the party/event, there will be a charge of £5 PER HEAD, this is up to 30. If you require more little heads, please contact Emily, as a second princess is required due to Health & Safety regulations.
Of course, joint parties are available. Joint parties tend to be a larger number, if this is the case please refer to term and condition Number 3. We recommend a second princess for any joint party.
Final Payments need to be paid in Full at least 1 week prior to your party or event. Payments can be paid by BAC’s or cash.
If the parking at your event/party is limited, clients will be responsible to pay for parking for their entertainer. Please inform Princess Promotions beforehand where is best to park, to avoid any delays. Cash for this will be required on the day.
Every party/event price covers Travel Expenses for a 25mile round trip. If your venue exceeds this, a charge of 0.35Pence will be applied PER MILE.
